This Contract applies to Members and Visitors.
When you register and join our services, you become a “Member”. If you have chosen not to register for our Services, you may access certain features as a “Visitor.”

Exceptions for Older Children:
Children aged 15-17 can engage in light work, but only if it doesn’t harm their health, security, or morale, and they work fewer than 36 hours per week.
Hazardous Work:
No child, regardless of age, should be engaged in any risky or hazardous work.
Wage Obligations:
The Government of Nepal has recently amended the minimum wage under Labor Act, 2017 (2074). We request employers to take this law into consideration.
