International Consultants & Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. invites qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to apply for the following engineering positions for the Mahendra Highway–Kamalamai–Tinkune–Bagmati Road Project. Eligible candidates must submit their application within 15 days of this announcement.

1. Team Leader / Chief Resident Engineer

Positions Available: 1
Location: Kamalamai–Tinkune–Bagmati Road Project

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Minimum requirement).

• Master’s Degree in Highway Engineering / Transportation Engineering / Construction Management or a related field (Highly Preferred).

Required Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in civil engineering works.

• Preference: 25 years of total experience.

• Experience in road projects:

  • Minimum: 10 years

  • Preferred: 20 years

• Strong leadership, project coordination, and site supervision capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering team and oversee overall project execution.

• Monitor construction quality, standards, timelines, and safety compliance.

• Represent the client/consultant in project meetings and field operations.

• Prepare technical reports, progress documentation, and ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Coordinate with government bodies, contractors, and stakeholders.

2. Highway Engineer (with International Experience)

Positions Available: 1

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Minimum requirement).

• Master’s Degree in Highway / Transportation / Construction Management or related field (Preferred).

Required Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering experience.

• Preference: 20 years of experience in highway or road projects.

• International project experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance in highway design, planning, and road construction supervision.

• Ensure compliance with international engineering standards and practices.

• Support project coordination, technical evaluations, and field inspections.

• Contribute to preparing design reports, drawings, BOQs, and documentation.

Additional Requirements (Both Positions):

• Fluent English Language proficiency is highly preferable (spoken & written).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in high-pressure, field-based project environments.

• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
