Finance Manager VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT at Right4Children

Right4Children is seeking dynamic, qualified, and experienced individuals to join its core team in the following position:

Position: Finance Manager – 1

Location: Pokhara

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a medium to large organization.
• Proven expertise in managing overall finance and accounting, office management, and business administration.
• Prior experience in I/NGOs or corporate houses will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and auditing.
• Ensure adherence to Right4Children’s financial policies, donor requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare and review budgets, financial forecasts, and reports for donors and management.
• Oversee fund flows, tax management, payments, and reconciliations.
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Provide strategic support for financial planning and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with donor regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
