Birgunj Nursing Campus is seeking to hire qualified Nepali citizens for the following position on a contract basis.

Position Details

• Job Title: Office Assistant (कार्यालय सहायक)
• Number of Vacancies: 2 (Two)
• Service: T.U. Service (त्रि. वि. सेवा)
• Group: Administration (प्रशासन)
• Level: Assistant Second (सहायक द्वितीय)
• Equivalent Civil Service Post: Non-Gazetted Second Class (Kharidar)

Eligibility Criteria

This vacancy is open only to candidates who are on the waiting lists of recent examinations from the following commissions, in the order of priority:

1. Candidates on the alternative list from the latest advertisement for the same post by the Tribhuvan University Service Commission.
2. Candidates on the temporary/contract list from the latest advertisement for the same post by the Tribhuvan University Service Commission.
3. Candidates on the alternative or temporary/contract list from the latest advertisement for an equivalent level post by the Federal Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog).
4. Candidates on the alternative or temporary/contract list from the latest advertisement for an equivalent level post by the Provincial Public Service Commission where the campus is located.

Application Process

• Application Deadline: Within 15 days from the date of first publication (i.e., by 2081/06/02 BS), up to 2:00 PM.
• Application Fee: There is no application fee.

Required Documents

• Handwritten Application
• Copy of Nepali Citizenship
• Passport-sized Photograph
• Copy of latest educational qualifications certificate
• Proof of being on the alternative or temporary/contract list (including admit card).
