Vacancy at a Reputed Finance Company:
A Reputed Finance Company, having its central office in Kathmandu and operating for more than 32 years in Nepalese Banking Sector, invites application from highly competent, energetic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Nepalese citizens for the under mentioned positions in order to strengthen its existing staff force.
1. Department Head- One. (Information Technology – Officer/Manager Level)
Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on last date of vacancy
Qualification & Experience: Should have Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related subject from recognized University.
Minimum 5 years of prior work experience in NRB License BFI’s in IT and Digital Banking along with strong background in IT project management Hands-on experience with Pumori-lV (CBS).
Experience on third-party integrations such as; Digital Banking, Mobile Banking and Internet Banking etc.
Ability to driven the team & department independently and work under pressure.

2. Sr. Assistant/Supervisor/Jr. Officer — Few (Credit Department)Level)
Age: Not exceeding 30 years as on last date of vacancy
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management from recognized University with minimum of 4 years’ experience in banking sector
Selection Process: Interview Job
Location: Inside/outside valley
Required Knowledge & Skills: Should be acquainted with credit functions along with sound knowledge of regulatory compliance
Should be fury acquainted with overall banking functionalities and excellent knowledge of required unit
Should possess strong supervisory and leadership skies required to independently manage the required unit.
Should possess excellent business communication, critical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills
Should have the ability to work under pressure Must have two wheelers driving license.
3. Junior Assistant/Junior Assistant Trainee- Few
Age: Not exceeding 30 years as on last date of vacancy
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University
Selection Process: Interview or written examination and interview Job
Location: Inside and outside Kathmandu valley Required
Knowledge & Skills: Candidates having driving license will be an added advantage
Should possess excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
Should have the ability to work under pressure
Should be computer literate with working knowledge of office applications
