Chimek Bazaar Byabastha Company Limited, established under the Company Act 2063 and Securities Registration and Issuance Regulation 2073, is inviting applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The company is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and visionary leader to oversee daily operations, develop strategic plans, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhance stakeholder value.

Position Details:

• Position Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

• Number of Vacancies: 1

• Service Type: Contract (Performance-Based)

• Workplace: Kathmandu (with company-related travel as required)

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

1. Education:

   • Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field from a recognized university.

   • Preference for candidates with specialized training in leadership, administration, and management.

2. Experience:

   • Minimum 10 years of work experience, including 5 years in a managerial/executive position in a recognized institution.

   • Proven expertise in business leadership, financial planning, organizational management, and strategic growth.

3. Other Requirements:

   • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

   • Age: Minimum 35 years and maximum 60 years by the application deadline.

   • Must be a Nepali citizen.
