Head — Compliance/Risk Department: Few (Position: Officer Level)

Work experience and other criteria:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management. Chartered Accountant, Semi Chartered Accountant, ACCA from a recognized university will be preferable.
• Should have 5 year’s banking experience and currently working at least immediate lower position at any of the BFIs having good command & knowledge on General Banking Practice, Account Operations, CBS operations & NFRS and Bank’s Financial Statement preparation.
• Age not exceeding 40 years for Officer Level as on application deadline.
• Priority shall be given to the local candidates having Driving License.

Head – Legal Department: 1 (Position: Officer Level)

Work experience and other criteria:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law with advocate License holder, Master’s Degree will be preferable and age shall not exceed 40 years as on application deadline.
• Should have minimum 5 years banking experience and should have knowledge of Operation Department I or as Branch Manager and currently working at least immediate lower position at any BFIs.
• Should have good knowledge in current Provisions, Practice, Act, Rules & Regulations, and NRB Directive.
• Priority shall be given to the local candidates having two wheeler’s driving License.

Branch Manager: Few (Position: Supervisor/Officer Level)
Work experience and other criteria:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s Degree) in management from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ Banking experience in relevant field and currently working in at least immediate lower position in any A, B or C class bank and financial institution and must have sound knowledge of credit & Branch operations.
• Age not exceeding 40 years as on application deadline.
• Priority will be given to the local candidates having 2 wheeler driving license.

Assistant: Few (Position: Assistant Level)

Work experience and other criteria:

• Minimum +2 (Preferably Bachelor’s Degree) in management from a recognized university. Minimum 2 years Banking experience for Assistant Level in relevant field and currently working in at least immediate lower position in any A, B or C class bank and financial institution. Applicant should have sound knowledge in Pumori Software. Must have knowledge of hardware, networking and SQL for IT Assistant.
• Knowledge to handle mobile banking, IPS for IT Assistant. Age not exceeding 35 years as on application deadline.
• Must be fluent in English language both written and spoken.
• Priority will be given to the local candidates having 2 wheeler driving license.
