Head – Human Resource Dept. (Officer to Manager Level)

Work Station: Head Office

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in relevant subject,

• Minimum 7 years work experience in BFIs or corporate sector in relevant field,

• Knowledge of PUMORI system is preferable,

• Knowledge of Nimble HRMS software is preferred,

• Knowledge of NRB guidelines & compliance requirments,

• Knowledge of HR policies and implimentation thereof,

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Age not exceeding 45 years.

Candidates are expected to be proficient in both written and spoken English/Nepali with excellent marketing, communication and interpersonal skills and be a computer literate with working knowledge of office applications.
