New Business Age Ltd. (NBA) is a well-established media house of Nepal, which publishes New Business Age (www.newbusinessage.com), an English Monthly and Aarthik Abhiyan (www.abhiyandaily.com), a Nepali Daily. NBA is looking for highly motivated professionals to fill out the following positions.

We are looking for Head of Marketing at New Business Age Ltd. (NBA) who is responsible for developing and executing the annual Marketing and Sales Plan aligned with NBA’s strategic goals. This role oversees the marketing team, drives revenue growth, improves operational efficiency, and ensures NBA maintains a competitive edge in the market.

🔹Develop and execute annual marketing and sales plans with rolling 3-month forecasts.

🔹Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve performance targets.

🔹Monitor team and individual performance with regular reviews and corrective actions.

🔹Identify and explore new market opportunities for business growth.

🔹Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and stakeholders.

🔹Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to stay competitive.

🔹Support sales operations through meetings, proposals, events, and daily performance tracking.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a relevant field. (Master’s
degree preferred)
Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales and marketing, with demonstrated leadership
experience.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
