Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute annual marketing and sales plans with rolling 3-month
forecasts.
-Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve performance targets.
-Monitor team and individual performance with regular reviews and corrective
actions.
-Identify and explore new market opportunities for business growth.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and stakeholders.
-Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to stay competitive.
-Support sales operations through meetings, proposals, events, and daily performance
tracking.
